4. In case of damage from improper installation, we provide replacement material for free; clients cover shipping.
We provide high-grade stainless steel (AISI 304 and marine-grade AISI 316), solid wood, PVC, and carbon steel. Available surface finishes include satin brushed, mirror polished, PVD coating, and hot-dip galvanization.
We supply fully toughened or laminated architectural glass in thicknesses of 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 15mm, and up to 19mm. Treatments include clear, frosted, tinted, and super white (low-iron) glass.
Yes. Our balustrades are designed following US and Australian standards and comply with CE, ASTM, BS2026, and DIN/EN 12600. Custom engineering can be performed to meet your specific local building codes.
The system utilizes an innovative DIY approach using screw and bolt fixings—no on-site welding is required. Each system includes AutoCad shop drawings. If needed, overseas jobsite measurement and installation assistance are available.
In case of shipping damage, we work directly with the insurance company to process your claim. Any missing accessories or manufacturing discrepancies will be promptly remanufactured and shipped at our expense.
